Precision came on board and although the system was comprised; they stepped up to the job and worked with us on nights and weekends to input our residents back into the system. They came out numerous times to answer questions, ensure our fobs worked and the gates stayed functional during the transition and always did it with a smile and a thank you. Through the recent hurricane they came out right away to move a downed gate out of the road so no one would get injured ; and after power was restored they made sure our gates were in working order.
